TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHING

An open breath is an open heart and makes you more at peace, helps you forive the past and move forward confidently with clear connection to your spirit. Breathing at a fraction of capacity leads to depression, foggy mind and weakness. As children we start with an open breath and as we grow, the wounds we suffer cause our breath and heart to shut down. During this breathwork session, you will reclaim living with an untethered breath and heart, finding emotional healing.
