About The Event

Yoga Beats Project: Movement as Medicine Workshop is a great opportunity to immerse yourself into a beautiful process of self-development and self-evolution.

This workshop is a perfect way to learn healing modalities which involve, movement, dance, music, meditation, pranayama, body work and connection.

Recommended to anyone willing to merge themselves into a beautiful practice where you are able to observe the different aspects of being human, body, mind, feelings and beyond.

Physical movement is a powerful activity to explore, the alignment of the body as well as misalignment. Moving as you have never moved before, exploring your body and its ability to flow like the elements.

Inner work through contemplation and outer work through expression, a perfect combination for a very completed experience.

Everyday we will explore several dynamics using our body as a vessel to connect to the present moment and the space inside of us, and outside of us with the group.

In this two full day workshop we will cover:

🌿 proper breathing techniques

🌿 yoga postures and yoga nidra

🌿 dance and movement therapy

🌿 animal flow therapy

🌿 how to estatic dance

🌿 meditation

🌿 partner and group dynamics
