Time & Location
About The Event
Join this special workshop in which you will learn all about how to do Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage - the perfect self-care practice to love your guts!
The practice to learning Chi Nei Tsang will help you to clean out your intestines, energize and detoxify the major internal organs. Most people who practice Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage feel that it alone is a life-changing experience.
Chi Nei Tsang is a hands on approach to health and referred to as the natural holistic health practice of Medical Chi Kung (Qigong) to the abdomen.
It is a technique first taught by Taoist monks to enhance their health, detoxify the body and improve their Chi. This practice has virtually disappeared from modern China but was rediscovered and enhanced by Taoist Grandmaster Mantak Chia.
