Integrative Wellness Workshop With Scott Mathias CHHC.AADP
Join in for this special workshop where you will learn about the recognition of physical and biological changes and what steps to take to improve health issues. Empowering you to effectively observe changes in your health and take control to improve them.
Introducing daily ‘awareness practices’ will enable you to understand how the body is essentially a biological computer and YOU are 100% responsible for the nutritional data loaded into it.
In this workshop, Scott will introduce you to his ‘medium-ship’ and intuitive skills to provide you with a short verbal health assessment upon the completion of a written record of your own health history.
You will also participate in a vegan food preparation experience, which integrates lunch and understand more about the role of the gut plays in over-all mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Participants will also receive a demonstration of certain yoga movements, which can aid digestion on a daily basis.
What to expect from this workshop:
· An abridged verbal health assessment
· Learn how to ‘read’ your own tongue and recognize physical
changes to the body
· Participate in a Whole Food Plant-based food experience
· Learn yoga positions that can positively influence your gut health

My mission is to support individuals in their quest to attain an understanding of the processes of ‘self-healing’ concurrent with providing non-conventional recommendations and integrative health solutions to personal issues.
I qualified as an Integrative Holistic Health Counsellor in 2011 from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I am an internationally published author of four books on Whole Food Plant Based vegan recipes, wisdom, philosophy and vegan food preparation.
My wellness experience began after a near-fatal health crisis. Following an inspired’ adoption of a more conscious lifestyle, I created healing programs for individuals spanning Australia and overseas. Individuals seek out my ‘medium-ship’ daily.
