BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the cranium, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which will alleviate stress and pain through our very own body intelligence to reintegrate and restore.
CHI NEI TSANG THERAPY focuses on deep but gentle abdominal massage in order to flush the toxins stuck in the internal abdominal organs, which in turn enable the organs to work more efficiently and improve physical and emotional health.
INTEGRATED BODYWORK THERAPY is a deep healing session focusing on breathwork, body-mind connection, stretching and massaging the extensive network of energy lines within your body. It is a deeply compassionate and intuitively flowing session intended to rejuvenate and restore your body.
