Full Moon is the perfect time for celebration and offering gratitude for the abundance in our lives!

Join us for a special evening of guided meditation, ceremony, and restorative yoga nidra as we honour the full moon and let go of all that no longer serves us so we can connect with our truest selves.

If you are looking to move through blockages, release negative energy, or simply experience peaceful bliss and relaxation, this ceremony is for you! Facilitated with love and intention by guest teacher, Kate Matheson, this evening will ignite a joyful, vibrant energy so you can live lighter.

And tonight by showing love to yourself and mother nature you also show compassion for others! This is a donation based event and all proceeds go to the Children’s Education Foundation – Vietnam.
