Aryana's mission is to inspire people to come alive physically, emotionally and spiritually to the gift of life. A second generation yogini and breathworker, she grew up in an uncommon environment.
From the time she could crawl, Aryana studied yogic philosophy, asana and chanting with her father, Dr. Siri Gian Singh Khalsa, a Kundalini yoga master, and at age 11, she began a decade-long apprenticeship with Toltec Shaman Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements and The Mastery of Love. At 17, she completed
her first yoga teacher training in Kundalini Yoga at the age of 17 and her first breathwork facilitator training in Transformational Breathing at the age of 20.
Aryana has eaten a primarily plant-based, raw food diet most of her life and is currently working on a recipe book. She is also studying detoxification and cellular rejuvenation under Dr. Robert Morse, ND. Aryana loves people and seeing them shine. She has worked with hundreds of individuals through her wellness retreats and private practice over the past 15 years.
